Our mission is the Full Inclusion of Women in the Church and in Society and other Social Justice Issues.
Over the years we have blossomed into an international organization working with: a multitude of faith communities, advocates and activists, and their networks, as well as agencies, non-governmental organizations, and governments.

The Call, a monthly conference call program that continues to grow around the world as women are emboldened and empowered to be fully included in the conversations as they address the many intersectional social justice issues that span the globe.
Widows’ Walk program (under the umbrella of Katrina’s Dream) conceived by Tammy Simkins of ERA Action, founded in the memory of her late husband Tom Simkins who stood by her side for over 30+, supporting those who have lost life partners, widows, ad widowers.
