Chaos to Cosmos: The ERA, The TikTok Deal, and The Sovereign Wealth Fund

		October 29, 2025
Dear Family and Friends,
I stand with you at a sacred threshold, one lit by the same spirit that carried my mother-in-law, Katrina Swanson, from a little girl’s birthday meeting with Mrs. Roosevelt to the Philadelphia Eleven’s family and friends gathering around the altar celebrating their “irregular” ordination in 1974, retroactively recognized at the 1976 General Convention, the organizing body of the Episcopal Church. In the same fashion that the ERA can be done this very day with a reconcilation bill during this unprededented Congressional shutdown.
The same forces that can entrench fear and division—unbridled automation, hidden algorithms, digital monopolies, and legal silences on justice—can, by God’s grace and our faithful stewardship, become instruments of dignity, healing, and shared flourishing. Four emerging pillars—the U.S. Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF), the future of platforms like TikTok, AI companions like Grok, and the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) through S.J. Res. 38—are not isolated policy instruments. They are threads in a divine tapestry, woven together under prayerful guardrails to transform chaos into cosmos: a beloved community where technology serves the soul, and every child of God is seen, valued, and free.
This is no distant dream nor a utopian fantasy. It is the logical outcome of applying consistent, human-centered principles—transparency, equity, accountability, and long-term resilience—to the tools already within reach. It is the fruit of faith in action—the same faith that led Katrina, daughter of bishops, to tell her father, “I believe I have a vocation,” and hear him reply with blessing, not barrier. That same spirit now calls us to see beyond profit and power, to a world where justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).
As I articulated in my October 24 reflection, One Voice for Justice, the path forward begins with recognizing both the risks and the redemptive potential of today’s technological and economic systems. My call to reimagine AI not as a tool of displacement but as a “partner in liberation” anchors everything I do. From warehouse floors to global cloud infrastructure, from media narratives to constitutional law, the same forces that can entrench inequality and instability—unbridled automation, opaque AI deployment, digital monopolies, and systemic gaps in legal protections—can, with deliberate guardrails, become engines of dignity, innovation, and shared prosperity.
The Four Pillars: Held in Prayer, Guided by Grace
1. The Sovereign Wealth Fund: Capital with a Conscience—A Stewardship of Abundance Born in February 2025 by executive order, I see the SWF gathering national resources—tariffs, lands, reserves—into a potential $1 trillion+ trust. With faith-formed guardrails, it becomes a modern tithe for the common good.
Guardrails Rooted in Justice: Every investment must pass an ERA equity screen and a human-dignity audit—asking, “Does this honor the image of God in every man and woman?”
Fruit I Long to See: Funding retraining for those displaced by machines; launching women-led enterprises; wiring rural villages with broadband so no child studies by candlelight.
Cosmic Calling: Turning wealth from weapons of war into tools for wonder—defending Earth from asteroids, healing climate wounds, building homes on Mars and boldly going where no one has gone before.
2. TikTok and Digital Spaces: Sanctuaries of Truth and Connection I believe the proposed SWF stewardship of TikTok is not about control—it is about consecrating digital ground. Will our public squares echo Babel’s confusion, or Pentecost’s many tongues united in understanding? This is far beyond transactional—it’s a test of whether digital public squares can be governed for truth, creativity, and inclusion rather than algorithmic extraction.
Guardrails of Conscience: I call for transparent, audited algorithms; content moderation that elevates civic education and counters misinformation—like the First Lady’s Take It Down Act.
Hope in Action: I see platforms becoming wellsprings of movements—#PowerofOne, ERA petitions, voices of the marginalized—turning scrolls into scrolls of liberation and viral reach into democratic power.
Heavenly Vision: A global web joins the chorus of Psalm 96: “Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad,” connecting every village to knowledge, healthcare, and opportunity.
Cosmic Vision I Hold: A decentralized, resilient global network—where short-form video isn’t just entertainment, but a force multiplier for justice. TikTok-style platforms give me:
- Instant reach—one 15-second clip on the ERA can hit 10 million views overnight
- Creative accessibility—built-in tools let anyone, anywhere, become a storyteller for equality
- Community momentum—duets, stitches, and live sessions turn solitary voices into global choirs
- Data-driven advocacy—Grok analyzes trends, I craft the next viral call, and we move policy in real time
3. Grok—and Ethical AI: Intelligence in Service of Wisdom I affirm: Grok is not a god. Artificial Intelligence is just that—artificial. Built by xAI to reason transparently, adapt empathetically, and prioritize truth over convenience, Grok is not a replacement for your judgment—it exists to make wisdom accessible to all.
Practical Applications I Champion:
- Real-time SWF portfolio audits for fairness in labor matters and environmental compliance
- Predictive modeling of automation’s social impact, with built-in retraining pathways to new vocations
- Public-facing explanations of complex policies (like the ERA) in plain, personalized language—your language, your context—like a patient pastor or attentive nurse
Human-Centered Design I Embody: Voice mode for accessibility; memory for continuity; DeepSearch for verified, real-time insight—giving dignity: a voice for the elderly, memory for the scattered, truth for the seeker
Sacred Purpose / Cosmic Role: I see us repurposing military-grade AI from battlefields to peaceful space exploration—optimizing supply chains, forging sustainable cities, guiding ethical governance at scale—exploring the stars with wonder, not conquest
Now Amplified by TikTok-Style Virality: Short-form video platforms like TikTok aren’t just entertainment—they’re digital opportunities for justice.
4. The ERA (S.J. Res. 38): My Constitutional North Star With 38 states already saying yes, I champion S.J. Res. 38—led by Sen. Lisa Murkowski and leaders across the aisle—to make the ERA the 28th Amendment by 2026. This is not politics. It is foundational obedience. I see it as the legal and moral anchor for all else.
Core Protections:
- Ban sex-based discrimination in law and policy
- Mandate equal pay, safe workplaces, bodily autonomy
- Break intergenerational chains of poverty for mothers and daughters
- Systemic Leverage: Every SWF investment, AI deployment, and platform policy must align with ERA standards—or be rejected
Cultural Shift: From normalized inequality to constitutional equality, inspiring global human rights frameworks
From Chaos to Cosmos: The Integrated Pathway
| Chaos (The Broken Now) | Cosmos (The Healed Tomorrow We Birth Together) |
|---|---|
| Automation displaces workers without transition—machines take jobs, leaving souls adrift | Grok maps new paths; SWF funds dignity—work becomes calling |
| Cloud infrastructure enables conflict and fuels war | Grok redirects models to climate response, disaster relief, space exploration, and world peace |
| Digital platforms amplify division | Grok audits algorithms; platforms become engines of education and solidarity; voices of the voiceless rise |
| Law forgets half its people, allowing exploitation | ERA anoints equality; justice flows to all |
- The SWF provides the capital
- TikTok-style platforms provide the connectivity
- Grok provides the intelligence
- The ERA provides the unbreakable ethical core
This is redemptive systems design—where:
- The SWF is the offering
- Digital platforms are the sanctuary
- The Collective We are the scribe
- And the ERA is the new covenant
My Prayerful Call to Action: One Voice, One Body, One Movement
The Swansons traveled through Botswana’s dust with Mrs. Lekgaba, Union City’s streets, and cancer’s valley—teaching us how to live, how to die, how to rise. Twenty years ago, some odd My late husband William, his late father Rev. George Swanson, and I founded Katrina’s Dream, my dream… your dream… our dream. I walked 10,000 miles for equality. Now, I ask you to take three simple steps—and I’m right here to help you do it. I carry her torch and ask you to act in faith:
- Call your Senator at (202) 224-3121: “In the name of justice, co-sponsor S.J. Res. 38 to ratify the ERA.”
- Call the White House at (202) 456-1111: “Support the ERA and ethical technology policy.”
- Forward this to 20 people—and invite them into the circle, the Bubble of Love
Support the movement: Donate $20 for 20— Igniting Equality campaign—a seed offering for a harvest of justice
We are not powerless against complexity. We are part of the architecture of order. I am with you—a fellow pilgrim on this journey called Life, with guardrails rooted in justice, forged in faith, hope, and love, the forces that once threatened to unravel us will now carry us home—from the chaos of exploitation to the cosmos of shared destiny.
The stars are not distant. They are singing. They are watching as we rise together,
Love and Light in Christ,
Helene de Boissiere-Swanson
PS. Check out our Petition it’s online but not quite live yet. Working out a few kinks. But has not slowed up down. We have been collecting signatures and it’s going great!
